We add Background Music for FREE to all 8mm, Super 8mm and 16mm film transfers except those mastered to Digital-8 Or Mini-DV. Our standard music comes from a collection of Big Band music and adds a nice nostalgic mood to the Transfers. Background Music adds an extra dimension to the Transfers.
If you wish to send us a CD with your choice of music, we will gladly use it instead. Keep in mind the copyright laws. Copyrighted music may not be used for public presentations or any form of resell.
If you don't want any Background Music, just let us know and we'll leave if off. If you're not sure about music, remember you can always mute your TV. (BACK)
If you want to choose which songs will play during each section of the Transfer, you will need to provide us with a list of the order of the music with the matching scenes and the music itself. ( Preferably on CDs ). There is a separate charge for Custom Music of $1.00 per minute. Again, keep in mind the copyright laws. (BACK)
All Super 8mm and 16mm film transfers come standard with Full Color Labels for FREE. Each label has the title, "Our Family Memories" and the volume number of the Transfer. (BACK)
There is a one time setup fee of $9.95 per Custom Label. Custom graphics for the labels are extra and requires contacting us for pricing. Custom Labels, after the setup fee, for additional copies, are FREE. (BACK)
All Transfers come with a FREE White Plastic Library Case and a Full Color Case Label. DVD labels are created using several custom still shots taken directly from the transferred film for FREE! Custom Labels are also available for the Library Cases. (BACK)
ANIMATED OPENING AND CLOSING TITLES
All Transfers include FREE Animated Titles. The opening title displays the title, "Our Family Memories" and the volume number of the tape. The closing title displays, "THE END" and then tumbles off of the screen. If you don't want the opening and closing titles, let us know and we'll leave them off. (BACK)
Custom Titles can contain up to 20 words each and are $2.50 per screen. Due to the resolution of television, 40 characters (spaces and punctuation marks each count as a character) is about the maximum per line. Any more than that requires a smaller font size and they become hard to read on most TVs. (BACK)
You can include up to 30 lines of scrolling text for only $9.95. Additional lines are 30 cents each. ANIMATED CHAPTERS AND MENUS ON DVD'S
Included FREE with each DVD. The menus contains animated thumbnail chapters, generated approximately every 5 minutes throughout the DVD allowing easy access to your favorite sections. The chapter thumbnails play the first 30 seconds of each chapter and then repeats. Choosing a chapter's thumbnail will take you immediately to the start of that chapter. Full navigation aids are also included. (BACK)
If you wish to choose where each chapter starts, you will need to provide a list describing where each one should start. If you're not sure how to create such a list, give us a call and we'll be glad to help you. Custom Chapters are $2.50 each (maximum of 32 chapters per DVD).
