Print the above mailing label using the print function in your browser. When you are ready to send your  8mm, Super 8mm and 16mm film to video transfer project to us use the above label.  After you print it out,  just cut it out and tape it to your package.

Be sure to include your transfer project information with your order.  If you desire any custom options such as custom audio you will need to include copies of your choice of music and a list of where each song should be located.  If you want any custom labels,  you'll need to give us a list of where you want them to appear and what they should say.  If you have any additional questions about what information to include with your project,  please fell free to give us a call or e-mail us and we'll gladly answer any questions you might have regarding your transfer project.
